How to Properly Thaw This Product?
To maintain the best texture and minimize moisture loss, we recommend using the slow thawing method:
1. Thaw in the Refrigerator's chilled section
Do not remove the original packaging. Place the product directly in the refrigerator’s chilled section (not the freezer) to thaw slowly.
2. Thawing Time
The ideal thawing time is overnight (at least 8-12 hours) to ensure even thawing and optimal quality.
3. Portion as Needed
Once the product has softened, remove it from the packaging and portion it as needed to reduce moisture loss and maintain tenderness.
4. Can Be Refrozen Without Quality Loss
After portioning, the product can be refrozen without any change in quality. Unlike retail products that are often thawed and displayed in refrigeration for extended periods, our product—when properly refrozen—maintains its original freshness and taste. You can use it with confidence!
