Equipment Shipping Policy
For meat slicers and vacuum sealers, we ship via international air express with import duties paid. All equipment orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Equipment Return Policy
If there are quality issues, we will take responsibility and issue a direct refund. However, your region may be permanently blacklisted. We do not accept returns but will issue a refund while allowing you to keep the item. If our refund policy is misused, your area is likely to be permanently blacklisted.

Food Return Policy
If you have any issues with the food you receive, please contact us immediately. We take food safety very seriously.

On-site Inspection
For any return requests, we will conduct an on-site inspection to determine the issue. If we confirm there is indeed a problem, we will immediately arrange for the supplier to send a replacement. Our team prioritizes food safety, and any concerns about product quality will be addressed swiftly and thoroughly.
