HonestAbove App — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HonestAbove mobile application (the "App") and related services provided by HonestAbove ("we", "us"), based in Singapore. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter a binding agreement.

2. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may change. We aim for accuracy but may correct errors.
Weight-settled items (e.g. certain meats) are charged by actual weight at fulfilment: if the item weighs less, the difference is returned to your store-credit balance; if it weighs more, HonestAbove absorbs the difference and you pay nothing extra.
Fixed-price items (e.g. seafood, fruit, tools) are sold per item at the listed price.
Payments are processed by Stripe and Apple Pay. Placing an order authorises the charge shown to you at checkout.

3. Store credit (balance)

Store credit is in-app value only. It can be used toward purchases in the App and cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn. Refunds (including order cancellations and weight differences) are returned to your store-credit balance. Store credit has no cash value outside the App.

4. Inquiry & made-to-order services

Yacht charters, travel itineraries, and made-to-order luxury items are offered by inquiry/appointment, not instant purchase. Submitting an inquiry is a request; final details, availability, and price are confirmed with you before any commitment. Deposits, where applicable, are explained at the time.

5. Referral / sharing rewards

Where the App offers rewards for sharing products or referring friends, any reward is credited as in-app store credit, subject to these Terms and any program rules we publish. We may change or end such programs, and may withhold rewards obtained through fraud or abuse.

6. User content and conduct (social features)

The App includes social features where you can post content and interact with others. You are responsible for the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content within the App to operate the service.

Zero-tolerance policy. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post or do anything that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, spam, or otherwise objectionable.

By using the social features you agree to:

Not post objectionable content or engage in abusive behaviour toward other users.
Use the in-app tools to report objectionable content and to block abusive users.

We reserve the right to review reported content and will remove objectionable content and remove or ban users who post it, generally within 24 hours of a report. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access it in unauthorised ways, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, scraping data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and branding are owned by HonestAbove or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or content except to use the App as intended.

9. License (EULA)

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. You acknowledge:

This agreement is between you and HonestAbove, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You comply with applicable third-party terms and export laws when using the App.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HonestAbove is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law (including for our products supplied to consumers).

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.
